Getting the size right
The one thing people worry about before ordering insoles. Here is exactly how it works — and why you cannot really get it wrong with us.
Nothing is dispatched until your size is confirmed
This is the part that makes sizing low-risk. Because nothing is bought online, your enquiry comes to us first and we check the size with you by email before anything is sent. If the size you have asked for looks wrong for your shoes, we will say so.
Measure the insole you already have
The most reliable way to size an insole is not your shoe size — it is the insole currently in the shoes you want to protect. It takes about a minute.

Take the insole out
Use the shoes you actually intend to wear these in. Most trainers, work boots and court shoes have an insole that lifts straight out.

Lay it flat on a sheet of paper
Heel end against a straight edge — a book or a skirting board is ideal — so the measurement starts from the very back.

Measure heel to longest toe
In centimetres, following the middle of the insole. Round up to the nearest half centimetre.

Send us that number
Put it in the message box on the enquiry form along with your usual UK shoe size. Between the two we can size you accurately.
If the shoes have no removable insole, just tell us the make and model and your usual size — we will work from that.
How NOENE® sizes are sold
Not every product is sized the same way, which is why the size list differs from page to page.
Size bands
Most products come in bands such as EU 36–39 (UK 3–6). You take the band your size falls into, and trim if needed.
Single sizes
The moulded 3D insoles — Sport Ergopro AC+, Outdoor Walk 3D and Universal No2 — come in individual sizes, because the shaping has to sit under the right part of your foot.
One size
Racket grips, under-grips and handlebar under-grips are supplied as a single length and cut to fit as you wrap them.
Which ones can be trimmed
Flat over-soles and under-soles can be cut down with scissors if they sit slightly proud in the shoe. Cut a little at a time, following the shape of your old insole.
The moulded 3D insoles should not be trimmed — the contouring is what does the work, so cutting into it takes the support away. If one of those is not sitting right, tell us and we will swap the size.
