I run Endure Sport, and I am the one who answers the enquiries that come in through this website. There is no call centre and no sales team — if you email us, you are emailing me.
Endure Sport supplies the NOENE range in the UK: vibro-absorbent insoles, over-soles, under-soles and racket grips, made in Switzerland and used by athletes, people on their feet all day, and clinicians building bespoke orthotics.
I sell it because it does something unusual. NOENE absorbs up to 96% of shock and vibration in a layer only 1 to 2 millimetres thick, and it does not fade the way gels and foams do. That combination is why it fits in footwear where nothing else will.
Why nothing is sold online here
Deliberately. Insoles go wrong when the size or the type is wrong, and a shopping basket cannot ask you what shoes you wear. So every order starts as an enquiry, I check the details with you by email, and only then does anything get sent. It is slower. It also means far fewer people end up with the wrong thing.
